My husband and I both use the Ergo carrier. He's a fairly big guy and it fits him (but they also sell a waist extension if your man is a really big guy). It is great for a larger baby. I used the Moby when my baby was smaller, but switched to the Ergo when he was about 16 pounds because it offers more back support. But the Ergo is not a soft carrier, it is sort of stiff material.
References :
I have a Baby Bjorn. It is easily adjustable for my husbnd and I. It also had cushioned straps. It is like a backpack but in the front. It is also easy to get baby out if he is sleeping and lay him down. The Baby Bjorn is nice because baby can face you or look out (so far I have only used it with baby facing me-he is a cuddler). I think you can use it up to 20 pounds or so (I'd have to check the instructions) It is also really secure, so I feel safe doing things that use both of my hands, hanging laundry, washing dishes, etc...
References :
Mom of a 3 month old

Which baby carrier is the best?
I have a 2 months old baby and have been looking out for a baby carrier since the last 2 weeks. i am confused with so many carriers/slings available in the market these days. i am looking out for one which is easy to adjust and use. the wraps looks complicate to me. i am looking for a soft carrier.i need one which me and my husband both can use.my husband wont agree to wear the ring sling.

which one do you use?? and what is the best thing abt it?and do you love it??
